Make your own pure and healthy tofu at home with thia Healthy DIY Tofu Box. Commercially available tofu often contains preservatives and other additives, but with this tofu mold, you can avoid those and make tofu that’s just as tasty. This durable and affordable mold is made from food-grade PP material that’s also used for milk bottles. It’s resistant to high temperatures up to 100\u00b0C, making it suitable for making tofu at home.<\/p>\n

The tofu mold is easy to use:
\nStep 1.<\/strong> simply line it with a filter cloth, pour in the tofu mixture (fill up to 9\/10), cover with a filter cloth, and close the lid.
\nStep 2.<\/strong> place 1.5-2kg of weight on the mold, press for 1-2 hours (the longer the better for firmer tofu), and flip over to remove the tofu. *Note: this process will result in the extraction of water.
